In the process of horizontal conveying, the same material will be pushed by the chain piece horizontally after entering the feeding port. This will cause the material to be transported horizontally along the pipeline.
1. Dust proof operation. Because the material is transferred in the sealed pipeline environment, it is very effective to isolate the impact of dust in the environment and ensure the purity of the material.
2. More energy-saving operation. In terms of power selection, we adopt the minimum transmission power of 1kW, and the overall power consumption of the pipe chain transmission equipment is lower, but the transmission capacity has been improved very effectively. In the same case of material transportation, this kind of turning pipe chain conveyor can effectively reduce the energy consumption by about 50% - 80% compared with the same kind of air conveyor, so as to better reduce the production cost.
3. The design is more compact. The appearance of the chain conveyor equipment is more light and compact in design, and the traditional design is abandoned in knot, which saves more compact space.
4. The material is transported smoothly along the pipe, and there is basically no internal movement, so the material is less damaged, and the slow curve transportation makes little material particles produce debris.
5. According to different feeding conditions, the distance between the inlets can be more than 10 meters.
6. The sprocket has the optimized shoulder, the design is optimized, and the hardened chain has the minimum wear.
