Product introduction

Cam-h series internal classification mill (horizontal classification) is a kind of micro powder production equipment with ultra-fine classification function. It belongs to the same type of machine as Zps in Germany and cwj in China. The machine is mainly suitable for grinding materials with Mohs hardness below 3.5. It can obtain 5-150um ultra-fine powder, and large flow of cooling gas can be used for crushing heat sensitive materials.

Performance features:

It integrates the mechanical impact ultra-fine pulverizer and high-efficiency turbo ultra-fine classifier. The crushed materials are forced to be classified by the turbo classifier under the action of air flow. The classification device replaces the screen of the ordinary pulverizer and can complete the two processes of micro pulverization and micro powder separation at the same time, with high grinding efficiency.

By adjusting the speed of the grading impeller, the particle size of the product can be adjusted without stopping the machine.

The powerful pulverizing air stream can produce strong cooling function when the system is pulverizing, and the temperature rise is low when pulverizing. It is especially suitable for processing heat sensitive and fibrous materials, and the particle size of products is even.

The machine is mainly composed of cavity, base, grading device, crushing device, high-speed motor, bearing base and other parts.

The comminuted rotor part is the main part, including the comminuted spindle, bearing unit, bearing seat, bearing cover, comminuted disk, comminuted hammer block and other parts. The grading part mainly includes grading spindle, bearing unit, bearing seat, bearing cover, grading impeller and other parts.

The feeding unit is mainly composed of deceleration motor, spiral shaft, feeding hopper and other components. The feeding amount is mainly realized by adjusting the speed of the deceleration motor.

working principle:

The internal cavity of the machine body is in the shape of a circular cylinder, the upper part is an ultra micro classifier, and the lower part is an ultra micro grinder. The crushing chamber is composed of a crushing disc and a grinding block, which is used to crush the materials into fine powder. The grading chamber is composed of a grading impeller, which can divide the fine powder into two specifications, i.e. the standard product and the unqualified product. The standard product is discharged through the discharge pipe and collected by the cyclone collector. The substandard products fall down to the crushing chamber along the inner wall of the chamber and continue to crush until they reach the standard.

The grinding disk and the grading impeller are driven by their respective driving devices, and the speed of the grading impeller can be adjusted to adjust the particle size of the product. The screw feeding device is on the inner wall of the machine body, which is used to send the materials into the grinding chamber evenly. The feeding amount can be realized by adjusting the rotation speed.

The complete system is mainly composed of main machine, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, high-pressure induced draft fan, discharge valve and electric control cabinet. The raw materials are sent to the grinding chamber by the screw feeder. The crushed materials are forced to be graded by the turbine classifier in the machine under the action of negative pressure air flow. At the same time, the two processes of micro grinding and micro powder separation are completed. The finished products are collected by the aggregate system, and the tail air is filtered and discharged by the pulse dust collector.
