Cbm-p impact crusher is an ultra-fine grinding equipment developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced powder technology, which is suitable for grinding materials with low to medium hardness. Its performance indexes have reached the international standards of similar models. There are four kinds of rotor structures designed. According to the different grinding requirements, four kinds of rotors can be selected: pin bar type, rotor type, grinding plate type and percussion bar type. Pin bar type is suitable for ultra-fine grinding and grinding of viscous materials. Rotor type is suitable for grinding of brittle materials and fibrous materials. Grinding plate type is suitable for grinding of plastic materials. Percussion bar type is suitable for pre grinding and coarse grinding.

The machine is composed of shell, door, rotor, stator, main shaft, air seal device of main shaft, feeding device and other parts. A sealing ring is installed between the shell and the door to prevent dust leakage. The material is input into the grinding chamber quantitatively through the adjustable vibration feeder to ensure the uniformity and continuity of feeding process.
1. Rod pin type and percussion rod type: the rotor and stator form a closed crushing chamber. When the material is fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding device, under the action of high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material also follows the accelerated rotation, and at the same time, under the action of centrifugal force, it moves in the peripheral direction. In this process, the material collides strongly with the pin bar on the rotor and stator and is crushed, and the more it is crushed outward, the more severe it is. Because the rotor and the stator have 3-4 layers of pin ring, the crushing effect of the material is more sufficient. The bar pin type is dense and suitable for ultra-fine grinding; the percussion bar type is less and suitable for coarse grinding.
2. Rotor type: the motor drives the main shaft and turbine to rotate at a high speed, sucks a lot of air through the turbine, and the materials and air flow rotate with the turbine rotating at a high speed. The structure of the grinding area composed of the grinding blocks on the turbine and the screen ring is compact, which makes the materials entering the machine rub tightly and impact strongly on the inner edge of the turbine blades in the rotating air flow, and grind again in the gap between the blades and the grinding blocks. When the material meets the product fineness requirements, the material is filtered out of the screen and discharged through the lower chamber of the casing.
3. Grinding disc type: the material enters the grinding chamber composed of static disc and dynamic grinding disc from the feed pipe. Due to the high-speed rotation of the dynamic disc and the function of the fan, the material is constantly sheared, impacted and rubbed, the particles are smaller and smaller, and move outward. Finally, the material is collected by the aggregate system through the discharge pipe.
