This goes to confirm the proverb "Wise men think alike". In a test match you need the entire team to perform well. In One Day International you need atleast 2 players to perform well to win the match. In Twenty 20 one good performance can take away the match. In IPL this has been seen over the last three weeks. Kamran Khan, Abdullah are some of the names that have emerged as match winners. Old players like Kumble, Warne, Tendulkar, Gilchrist, Jayasurya are really leading by example to show the youngsters the way to success through their consistent performance.
