ஒருவேளை பல கஸ்டமர்கள் வருவதால் கஷ்டத்தையே க(ஸ்)ஷ்டமாக ஆக்கிவிட்டார்களோ.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் கதை வேடிக்கையாகி போச்சு போங்க.

But same was denied when visited last week, saying that was pongal offer and should've been redeemed. Ok i agree there could be a communication gap, but they have one lady for Customer (cushtomer) care :p ... who just makes you decide that you'll never walk into any of their store again. Period.
